With the Security & Cost Control Pack the details of every print, copy and scan job are recorded, enabling managers to track the usage and save expense of each device.

The software distinguishes between black-and-white and colour printing, paper sizes, and records scanning and sending activities. You can use this valuable information to save money, for example, by requesting that users frequently printing in colour restrict this activity to specific document types. 

Secure printing 

Make sure confidential information stays that way. Secure printing means that documents are printed only when the relevant user authenticates themself at the MFP. This eliminates the problem of overflowing printer output trays, where uncollected documents can be viewed by those not authorised to do so.
