With speeds of 30ppm and built for core office multifunction operability - the networked and Windows Vista-verified Toshiba eStudio305 Copier System essentially becomes the office: Print - Copy - Colour Scan - Fax - Document Centre for department teams and workgroups.

Toshiba 305 operation is from the very usable 8.5" tiltable LCD colour touch panel which enables some useful functions to be selected:
Scan to USB stick
You can also scan to an external USB 2.0 drive just as you would to the photocopier's hard-drive (scan to file) and to email (scan to email) or to a shared network folder (e-Filing).
Scan and Save to File Formats
Choose file formats for scanning: JPEG, Multi/Single Page TIFF/XPS/PDF, Slim PDF. With ReRite software this can include DOC,XLS,TXT,RTF.
Front panel USB Port
The easy access of the USB port on the front panel allows for simple Scan to USB as well as USB direct print operability ensuring versatility for all possible print and scan circumstances.
Colour Mode
Auto-Colour (ACS), Colour, Greyscale, B&W - choose scan and print settings to save on unnecessary colour toner use and to reduce file sizes.
Copy Mode
If reproducing Text, Photo or Colour Document - also select zoom settings from 25%-400%
Paper Cassette
Each cassette holds 550 sheets and you may choose which cassette to print or copy from where necessary: eg. different sizes are used (A5-A3), letterheads and continuation, cover sheets, different colours. The bypass holds 100 sheets. With the pedestal option a maximum paper capacity of 3,200 can be achieved.
